I am simply looking for a 1044sqft 2 bedder for good investment, but looking at the asking price i really doubt i can secure a good yield later, if any of you have a good offer above 6th floor, please quote me at your best price without negotiation needed with your contact, if your price is lowest and within my budget, i will call you to complete the deal immediate. Please do not quote me a price cannot close. Thank You.
